Scott Geiring

A veteran chef, Scott Geiring’s creations are known for their whimsical flavours and presentations. He has formed deep relationships with local producers to accentuate our talented Okanagan community on every menu. There’s a special connection between people and food, and his dishes are both conversation starters and delicious nourishment. Prior to arriving in Kelowna, Scott owned the award-winning Bistro Carambola outside Montreal for over 16 years. Your appetite is in well-seasoned hands.

CULTIVATED CHÂTEAU CELLAR

Explore our fine selection of classic, award-winning, and newly discovered Okanagan wines. Our terroir is known for elegant pinot noirs, bold merlots and cabernet sauvignons, crisp and buttery whites, juicy rosés, and lively sparkling wines.

The cellar also features a carefully curated collection of international wines, premium spirits, and local cider and craft beer.
