Flexible booking options allow guests to reserve individual rooms, the entire Villa for private use, or combine it with the Grand Residence to accommodate larger groups, including corporate retreats and private gatherings.

1. Combined Full Estate Booking
The Villa and the Grand Residence can be booked together as one private lakefront estate, offering up to 12 bedrooms across neighboring lakefront properties. This option provides ultimate privacy and the highest capacity, ideal for corporate retreats, larger family gatherings, and private events.
2. Full Villa Rental
The Villa can be booked on its own for exclusive use. This option includes all four bedrooms and full private access to the home and amenities, including the kitchen, living areas, hot tub, and outdoor beach and lakefront spaces. It is well suited for families, friends, or small groups seeking a private four bedroom lakefront home in Kelowna.
3. Individual Room Bookings
On select dates, individual bedrooms within the Villa may be reserved. Guests can enjoy a private bedroom while sharing access to the kitchen, living areas, hot tub, and outdoor amenities.
